We use the following courier services. If you have a preference, please let us know.

2) FedEx (urban centres only)
3) Express Post
Delivery time to your location will vary depending on the service you request.
Standard overnight delivery is available to all major destinations across Canada.
Orders received by 1:30 Pacific time, will go out the same business day. If items are not available, we will be sure to reach out to advise. Any back orders will be shipped on our account.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please let us know within 30 days. Kindly include a copy of the invoice along with
the item being returned. Securely package the merchandise in a box. please
insure the parcel against loss and ship by a traceable method. We will not be
responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail while being returned to us.
Items special ordered or in some way altered, cannot be returned.
We do not send merchandise on approval, and we reserve the right to apply a
re-stocking charge of 20% on any returns.
